Successfully migrated over 10 million user accounts, representing 33% of company revenue, from MySQL database to Iterable and Cordial ESPs.

Developed system for onboarding new users, and synchronizing user subscriptions between databases and Cordial ESP through Cordial API and JavaScript handlers.

Collaborated with marketing and business intelligence teams using MySQL and Active Record to identify the most important user behaviors and patterns to track, enabling personalized email content, timing, and frequency.

Implemented endpoint to query current product popularity, recency, and duration, providing Cordial access to JSON data for personalized email content generation, integrated with Redis for caching, and using Sidekiq to asynchronously update queries every hour.

Revamped sales objects and frontend display to incorporate store pages alongside sales in the redesigned sales feed, providing users with enhanced browsing options.



This integration led to an increase in user traffic to store pages by 11% and increase in return users by 5-6% over a 3 month time period.

Designed and added a modular UI system, allowing non-engineers to effortlessly add and modify menu items and displays in the navigation bar, streamlining the user interface update process.
