At Liberty Mutual, I had the opportunity to take part in major digital transformation endeavors which helped bring about a 95% reduction of annual usage/runtime costs by utilizing AWS cloud services like serverless Lambda functions.

During my time at Stahlbush, I took on a central role as the primary point of contact, maintainer, and developer for all internal systems hosted on-premises. I led efforts to modernize and document heavily deprecated and undocumented infrastructure, while also overseeing the management and maintenance of a diverse array of over 20 servers, including web, database, print, automation, and other specialized servers. These efforts resulted in a noticeable improvement, with a 50% reduction in monthly user-reported bugs, bringing about a significant boost in user experience.
