Remote Full Stack MERN Developer - Mutare, Zimbabwe

Hey there, I am a full-stack MERN developer based in Mutare, Zimbabwe! I specialize in creating interactive, fast, and beautiful websites using JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Express, and NodeJS. In addition, I use the TailwindCSS framework to style my projects.

I began my programming journey in March 2020, starting with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Since then, I've expanded my skills to include the Express framework on the NodeJS runtime and the ReactJS library.

I have a passion for building projects and sometimes venture into 3D game development using the Unity engine. I'm also interested in mobile and app development, specifically web3 and blockchain technologies. When I'm not coding, I enjoy writing, reading, exercising, and exploring the great outdoors. I write poetry, mystery books, and blog entries to share my coding experiences and track my career progress.

In my coding career so far, I have gained experience in:

I've worked as a Web Developer at Blue Space for over a year and a half and am currently a Software Engineer at Developers Kenya. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in frontend and backend development, database management, and information security, among other areas. I am always eager to learn and grow in the ever-evolving world of technology.

My educational background includes a self-taught web development journey at Sakubva 1 in Zimbabwe. I am constantly seeking opportunities for self-improvement and career development. My curiosity and desire to understand the intricacies of computers and programming have fueled my passion for this field since I was in the seventh grade.

Outside of work, I enjoy scaling mountains, listening to music, and letting my imagination run free. I find solace in solitude and often create personal apps in various genres to suit my interests.
