My experience spans across multiple companies and industries. At Youth in Focus, I worked as a mentor and teaching artist, where I contributed to photography education and youth mentorship. I developed online class materials for remote, asynchronous learning and assisted with live online classes. In the aerospace industry, I have held various roles at The Boeing Company, including Logistics Engineer, Technical Lead Engineer, and Contractor. I have led teams, developed processes and procedures, and successfully delivered critical projects.
During my time at The Boeing Company, I faced and overcame several challenges. One of the most significant achievements was developing and delivering a multi-million dollar business case for a DoD compliant interactive electronic technical manual. I also spearheaded a provisioning and maintenance engineering team to support the successful delivery of an aircraft HAZMAT database. My ability to analyze engineering data and facilitate large scale incorporation of associated data has greatly supported the aircraft provisioning and sparing database requirements.
These projects and experiences have helped me refine my problem-solving skills, adaptability, and expertise in various technologies. I have successfully navigated complex projects with multiple moving parts and have shown a proactive approach in identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues. My diverse background has prepared me to tackle unprecedented challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of future projects and companies.
