• Developed an interactive dashboard creation tool enabling the generation of dynamic, responsive, and customized dashboards. This SaaS product caters to hospitals and diverse industries, offering a user-friendly interface for dashboard creation with branding customization. As a key member of a two-person team, I took complete ownership from development to deployment. To handle millions of data points, while consistently serving thousands of users, the server-side pagination loads data as needed, achieving significant performance gains through an optimized MongoDB aggregation pipeline.
• In the ISLET project, I undertook Full Stack Development for a PHI (Patient Health Information) visualization interface. I crafted a companion app with compatibility for legacy browsers, including IE9, mirroring web app features developed in Vue. Implementing a robust data ingestion mechanism, I transformed and populated PHI data in the application database, introducing a rate-limiter and throttling mechanism in the front-end for seamless operation. Optimized database models ensured efficient data handling, and a WebSocket-based socket relay service facilitated real-time updates for thousands of connected clients.
