Description:
GOGUARDIAN 2022 - Present
Software Engineer
● As the team’s only Full-Stack Software Engineer, I developed features for Beacon, a student safety
solution built for K-12 that notifies designated staff about online activity that indicates a risk of
suicide, self-harm, or possible harm to others
● Implemented UI features for a new student alerts dashboard that was rolled out to school districts
across the country(the largest of which containing 460,000+ students) using React, Redux
● Wrote new APIs using Golang that allowed users to set custom settings for different types of alert
categories, ranging from threats/violence to suicide/self-harm
● Led team initiative to develop a new feature using LLMs to further contextualize student alerts,
giving school staff more information about concerning student activity
AXWAY 2018 - 2022
Software Engineer III
Software Engineer II
● Developed features for a new cloud-based, subscription-based API Management and Governance
product, Amplify Central, that provides customers with the ability to publish internal APIs
externally, consolidate 3rd party APIs, monitor their usage and performance, and secure the APIs
● Designed and implemented mockups and screens for the UI of Amplify Central using Adobe XD,
React, Redux, and TypeScript
● Developed features that provide analytics of API usage and traffic monitoring for customers to
easily gain insights relevant to their business
● Developed the Amplify Central CLI extension using Node and TypeScript to allow power users to
manage APIs directly and efficiently in the terminal
● Managed and containerized multiple microservices that make up Amplify Central UI and CLI using
Docker and Kubernetes
● Collaborated with Management and Product teams to size and scope new features, communicated
new feature roadmaps to developers, and served as team Scrum Master
