Recipe Keeper - MongoDB, Express, React, Node, Typescript
August 2023 - August 2023
• Designed and implemented a web based recipe keeper, allowing users to create, read, update, and delete recipes.
• Developed a backend API using Express and integrated it with a REACT frontend using Axios.
• Utilized Mongoose as an ODM to streamline database operations ensuring data remains consistent for storing and retrieving data
FedEx Ground Operations Admin
• Researched and collated data from operational-critical systems to support underperforming areas to keep performance at 98%.
• Conducted QA and loss prevention functions to ensure punctual deliveries, minimize losses and damage, and match packages with the appropriate address to avoid erroneous shipments.
• Reviewed loss trends to identify the root causes of scanning failures, disputed deliveries, and other package processing issues.
• Developed new task reducing the amount of time spent per package to help ensure package makes it onto the van before dispatch
• Undertook a seasonal position as a Linehaul Coordinator, responsible for the dispatch of transportation equipment, in charge of maximizing capacity and minimizing loads by coordinating cargo shipments and administering through an online system (TMS).
