Description:
Hello, I'm David, a dedicated junior developer with a passion for self-improvement. Over the past two years, I've embarked on a journey of self-learning, resulting in the creation of two remarkable projects.
The first project, developed using Spring Boot and Vue.js, is an interactive web application. This innovative platform allows users to create accounts, seamlessly connect their Spotify profiles, and make song requests among friends. As requests accumulate, event creators can curate playlists, and users can stream music directly from Spotify via the web application. Throughout this endeavor, I overcame the challenge of handling Spotify API requests by leveraging a Java library that simplifies API interaction, making the authorization process a breeze.
My ongoing project is a Twitter clone crafted with .NET and Angular. It incorporates JWT for authentication and authorization. Here, users can share their thoughts through tweets, follow other users, and engage in dynamic conversations. This project is a work in progress, and I'm excited about the journey ahead.
One of the most exciting challenges in this project was optimizing and processing uploaded images using Six Labs ImageSharp for C#, followed by effective storage in Supabase storage buckets, complete with linking image paths to user profiles in the database.
