The role involves juggling multiple builds at the same time in a team of 10 developers using Git and Travis to work together on builds, but most work is done independently.
I am a self taught developer and most of my own work is done using the MERN stack - MongoDB, Express, React and Node. My builds can be seen at the link above ( private link , but I will lay out some of the ones I am most proud of here:
Login App - ( private link - this was created as an interview task. This app uses React with Redux on a front end that connects to a NodeJS API backend. This app allows users to create and log into accounts. The passwords are hashed with bencrypt for security and stored on a MongoDB database.
Shop App - ( private link - This front-end application connects to the FakeShop API to create an aesthetically pleasing fake shopping website.
Plant Inventory - ( private link - this website allows users to keep stock of an imaginary plant storehouse. Using CRUD methods, the user can create plants and plant families, update quantities and other details, and delete entries too. The backend works through NodeJS and the front end uses Pug as a templating engine.
