I was contractually hired by a local construction company I’d previously worked with (for IT tasks) to create their first website and have made various sites for my portfolio ( private link

Over the last two years, while doing IT contracts, I have studied and built a strong foundation in front-end languages and design philosophies, such as HTML5 accessibility, designing with CSS/SCSS and JavaScript fundamentals.

I am proficient in using popular front-end libraries such as Bootstrap and React, as well as tools such as Git and Visual Studio Code. I've also done some work with back-end technologies (Node.js with Express and some MySQL and MongoDB experience).

I have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from the University of Kansas School of Engineering.
