• Designed and implemented the cancellation and E2E return journey (including Auto Refund) features. Made the ops and customer support efficient by processing a return request in 5 days compared to 20 days earlier . Refunds processed instantly against avg 3 days earlier during non sales day.

• Integrated the Transport Management System(TMS) using Kafka to provide real time order logistics updates and reduce customer anxiety eventually reducing order update related calls by 80% and negative reviews by 40%.

• Transformed a monolithic application into a micro-service based architecture, boosting the throughput from 1000 RPS to 5000 RPS on the orders page and achieved an ARR of 300+ Cr and peak traffic of 20k+ concurrent users.

• Migrated the entire GoStor catalogue from SQL to NoSQL database in a critical production environment. Managed the data transfer of 25k+ products with an average of 3 images and 100 attributes each.

• Tinkered and implemented a cross-platform directional chatbot that can be integrated with various products for the organisation, using NestJS and MongoDB. Made independent product which can be scaled to serve external

clients as well.

• Engineered a scalable chatbot solution using client-server architecture, state machine concept; enabling simultaneous interactions with 10,000+ users.

• Deployed the chatbot to Arzooo, a B2B platform that serves over 40,000 retailers and planning to power the B2C vertical empowering millions of customers. Reduced Customer Support Calls for basic requests saving cost.
